Officially, the first telephone conversation in Serbia was carried out
on March 14th, 1883, between the Minister of military in the building
located at Miloš the Great Street and one of the captains in
gendarmerie station 300 meters down the street, only seven years after telephone invention by Alexander Graham Bell. Stamp is issued on 1983-03-15.
