This First day cover was released on 11.10.2013, as a part of UPAEP theme Myths and Legends for year
2012! Since 1989, the member countries of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal (UPAEP) issue the so called America-UPAEP stamps, like Europa CEPT stamps in Europe.
These four beautiful stamps are dedicated to myths and legends about
La Tatuana,
El Sombrerón,
La Llorona and
Xocomil.
