About month ago i bought some stamps online, and sender surprised me when he sent me stamps in cover on first day of issue of Joy of Europe stamp. You can send FDC's on first day only from main post office in Belgrade. “Joy of Europe” is the largest and oldest international manifestation of
children’s creativity, established back in 1969, on the occasion of the
World Children’s Day. They always use children's paintings for this
series. Painting used for this stamp is done by 11-years old Serbian kid
Uglješa Milenković.
